Restricting Access with Passwords

The secure way...

You control each authorized user by setting up a user record with a unique name and password. The user enters their name and password when starting MasterQ. Once signed in, they have the permissions you have granted to that user.

Signing in only takes a second.

The convenient way...

If you're more concerned with ease of access than you are security you can put your user name and password on the target command line and MasterQ will sign you in automatically. Each user must still be initially set up and given permission levels, but the sign on screen is skipped.

If you're in and out of the programs frequently, and if your computer is fairly secure, you may wish to consider this option. Keep in mind, however, that anyone could access MasterQ from your computer and have all of your MasterQ permissions.
